Police Stations’ Boundary Walls To be Constructed in NWFP

PESHAWAR: In a bid to thwart security threats, NWFP government has issued directives to the relevant authorities for the construction of boundary walls escorting all the major police stations in province.
According to police sources, Federal government has steeped up security measures across NWFP and Punjab provinces following alleged terrorist threats from Taliban were received by government officials while sensitive places and important buildings have been cordoned off with heavy deployment of police and rangers’ troops.
