Pakistan to Play Against New Zealand in Azlan Shah Hockey

IPOH: Pakistan hockey team will play against New Zealand today for the third place in Azlan Shah Cup hockey tournament here. The final will be played between India and hosts Malaysia. Malaysia held World No 7 New Zealand to a 1-1 draw yesterday to advance to the final of the 18th Azlan Shah Cup.
This will be the third time Malaysia will play in the final. Malaysia won silver in 1985 and 2007, and will play India for the gold today.
India won against archrivals Pakistan 2-1 to reach final of the tournament. India will start the final as favourites after having whipped Malaysia 3-0 in the preliminary round.
